I blanked out quite a few fields of my bank statement account because transactions are obviously confidential and private. I share with them my bank statement that showed the transfer of £10 into my Revolut. The essence of it was that I deposited £10 for the qualityfing bet with my Revolut account so they asked me to see a Bank Statement showing the flow of this £10 from a different bank account into my Revolut. There was a bit of back and forth messaging with their Risk Management team. I signed up with William Hill recently and placed a £10 qualifying bet whereafter I got an email from them that my account was restricted due to the verification process not being completed. ![]()
